Eine Einverständniserklärung ist eine Urkunde, die minderjährige Teilnehmer benötigen, um an JESUSlive teilzunehmen. In ihr erkennen die Erziehungsberechtigten des Teilnehmers folgende Dinge an:
- Die Teilnahme ihres Kindes an JESUSlive
- Die Übernachtung in den Veranstaltungsräumen
- Die Übergabe der Verantwortung an einen namentlich genannten Erziehungsbeauftragten
- Die Berechtigung des JESUSlive-Teams mit ihrem Kind zum Arzt zu gehen (unter sofortiger Informationspflicht)
- Die Information ihres Kindes über Anweisungen der Organisatoren
- Die Information ihres Kindes über persönlichen Gestaltung während der Konferenz
Sie muss vor der Konferenz im Original an den Veranstalter geschickt werden. (Siehe dazu: Wo und wann muss die Einverständniserklärung vorliegen?)
A consent form is a certificate, which minors need to attend JESUSlive. In this document the parent or legal guardian of the participant recognizes the following points:
- the participation of its child in JESUSlive
- the overnight stay in the venue
- the handover of all responsibility to a named guardian
- the right of the JESUSlive-Team to take the child to the doctor (with immediate duty to supply information)
- informing the child of the organizers’ instructions
- informing the child of its personal organization during the conference
