Wenn du beides mit JA beantworten kannst, dann bekommst du dein Ticket sicher bald. Dann dauert es noch ein bisschen, bis deine Informationen in unserem System verarbeitet wurden.
Du kannst aber sicherheitshalber eine E-Mail (anmeldung@jesuslive.co) an uns schicken und wir prüfen den Vorgang für dich.
Bitte vergiss nicht, dass du ohne Ticket nicht an JESUSlive teilnehmen kannst.
Have you transferred your participation fee? If you are a minor, have you sent in the original of your consent form?
If you can answer both questions with YES, you will surely receive your ticket soon. It might still take a while until the system has processed your information.
